How do I setup my email accounts?
Email servers are always mail.yourdomain.com for both the incoming and outgoing server.

Incoming: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing: mail.yourdomain.com

Your username is the FULL email address.
Our outgoing server requires authentication. For more detailed instructions click on the email client that you use.

How do access email when I am not in the office?
This is know as webmail access. Webmail is available by default to all email users.

The address is always: http://webmail.yourdomain.com
Username: full_email_address
Password: email_password
Once logged in, you can work with your email and it will still download to your computer when you log into your computer unless you choose to delete those emails from here.

How do I access my Control Panel?
Control Panel Access is available through our home page in the upper right hand corner, "Login to my Hosting Account". The web address is:
 
 
How do I access my site statistics?
Your site stats are available by typing http://stats.yourdomain.com
 
Site ID: yourdomain.com
Username: ftp_username
Password: ftp_password
 
Once logged into the system you can proceed to Site Setting/User Administration and create additional users and site administrators.
 
What can I do about SPAM?
We recommend MXLogic for spam filtering. It is the most reliable system and reduce the possibiliy of accidentally filtering good email.
